M6 eye bolts with M5 lock nuts how did you make them go together two different sizes ???
It must have been a slip of the tongue 👅 😂 but yeah, you definitely need the same size bolts and nuts 🤙🏽

I guess you have to take it down when retracting the awning, otherwise slides in each arm will not get past the nuts from eyebolts.
