I can’t believe I’ve never seen this video where you first talk about Guidance but I’ve seen all your other ones about this perfume. Lol!! I finally got a sample of Guidance and it is stunning. Will definitely be my next Amouage fragrance. I just recently starting sampling from this house and I’ve already purchased Love Tuberose, Overture, Sunshine, Material and Lilac Love. Blossom Love was way too floral for me, so I skipped that one.
I love my Love Tuberose but have been wanting to try Lilac Love since forever. I need to get my nose on it soon.
My go to feminine fragrances are Telea, Ti Amo and Enigma. Nomad is definitely a gorgeous fragrance and I cannot wait to welcome her to my collection this year!

I was not the biggest Amouage girl after smelling that nasty Silver Oud disaster. But slowly I've been finding some bangers like Rose Incense, Material, Royal Tobacco, Epic Woman, and even Ashore. If you creative direct a fragrance it could be called "Speechless".
Blossom Love was heavy in my rotation last fall. On my skin it comes off like an almondy Pegasus mixed with Delina (or that's how I think of it lol). Not that i'm all that into the color but the pink bottle really sticks out amongst my bottles so Blossom Love had long been my favorite bottle presentation from Amouage. That was unitl I saw the bottle for Guidance...

Fleur Narcotique is so beautiful. Musc Noir Rose and pas ce soir are some of my favorite feminine fragrances. Duchessa is just amazing.

Highly recommend West Side from Bond no. 9! It smells like a bed of creamy sandalwood that's been topped with rum raisin ice cream. And then you sprinkle a bit of ylang ylang and rose petals on top of that. It's one from the house that I NEVER hear anyone talk about, but it's incredible and my favorite so far. The title of this video definitely made me think about it because I always feel feminine and beautiful whenever I wear it.

After you described Guidance, I layered Delina and Ishq Al Shuyukh Gold by Lattafa on my hand. I am in freaking heaven, and now I NEED to try Guidance. Imagine going to go broke, but it will be worth it.
As for my go to feminine fragrances, I love Elixir Essence and 51 Essence from Roja Dove, Chevaux D'Or, Scherzo, Mademoiselle Guerlain, Amyris Femme, Junoon Rose from Al Haramain (dupe for Blossom Love), Chanel no 5 Eau de Premiere, Greenwich Village, and Vaara by Penhaligan's.
A year later I finally got my nose on Guidance. Where have I been?🤷🏽♀️💗

Dukesa sounds beautiful 🥰 as well as Guidance but oh my God I am so afraid of that Olibanum and osmanthus combo 🥺 and it has Labdanum too 🥺 usually those are the three main notes that don’t go well with my skin
Amouage is definitely NOT blind buy house. Definitely test in skin first especially if those are typically problematic notes for u.

You know what I just got which is really pretty and feminine and cheap? Burberry Brit Rhythm. It's so pretty! Not the floral one.
I'm still trying Amouage here and there for months now, I ordered the odyssey edition It has different vibes every time. I love frankincense and myrrh and amber so I had to try it. When I first got it (Guidance)and sprayed it on, it brought me back to my childhood. Incense burning every time we have commemorations, death anniversaries, all saints day-spending the whole day celebrating and lighting candles at the cemetery.
Because of this, I just don't have the sexy feely vibes with Amouage. Its too emotionally personal as a fragrance. But heritage wise, I enjoy the scents as reflections of my ancestors.
3 recent additions to my collection that give that luxe feminine vibe are Almond by Widian, Pour Femme by Argos and Royal by Moresque.
OH wow I need to look up the notes for the Widian and Moresque. I would like to add more from both houses.
@@SharidaM they are both gorgeous. Royal is a little fresh, so suitable for the spring and summer months. Almond is a little warmer, but I think can be warn year-round.
Gotta get me at least one high end perfume and I think it will be Amouge

I recently purchased both Chocolate Queen and Raised Spirits, but I have to say they smell similar. I wasn't wowed like I thought I'd be. I love Black Phantom as a Chocolate scent. Performs better than CQ on my skin. I'll continue to use, But when it's done I won't restock.
Guidance...may have to get my nose on this one soon. I'm not buying at the moment but this one and PDM Valaya are my radar for this spring summer. ❣️

I love the smell of the rose the actual flower but I don’t like how it smells on my skin and it seems like any fragrance with just a hint of rose in it… that’s all that my body chemistry picks up! There can be 100 notes in the fragrance but all my chemistry will ever pick up is ROSE ROSE And more ROSE 😂😤😂
I think thats how my skin reacts to Patchouli which is why I am largely not a fan of the note lol. Just overpowers everything!

Hello Sharida, what are your thoughts on Guidance as a bridal scent? My wedding is the third week of April.
I’m not sure if I would recommend as a bridal scent because I normally think florals for wedding day. This one is very woody, fruity with light touch of floral. Perhaps this would work for a winter wedding.

Oh its a projection monster based off my co workers reaction 10 hrs later still GREAT projection and sillage. Definitely holds up in cold weather because its woody. It’s very oriental so not your typical light wearing fruity floral.

Is Guidance under “The Dubai Aunty” category? Some reviewers say it has a “bubble gum” component which seems a little juvenile.
It’s very Dubai Auntie and I personally don’t get bubble gum. Very oriental and in no way juvenile IMO. Fruity, Incense, Rose and Woody.
