Die Wertschätzung für die einzelnen Symptome finde ich überraschend und erleichternd. Selbstgespräche und die Ansprache mit dem „du“ als zwei unterschiedliche Symptome von Entwicklungstrauma zu verstehen, das ist neu für mich, lädt aber sicherlich zu genauerer Selbstwahrnehmung ein.
Es kommt so viel Empathie rüber, dass ich schon fast Angst bekomme, Sie könnten sich zu sehr verströmen. Aber womöglich trifft es bei mir auch nur schmerzhaft auf eine harte Schale, ohne die ich gar nicht durch den Alltag käme (glaube ich jedenfalls).

Mir fehlt meist die Energie, mich genauer mit den einzelnen Videos zu beschäftigen, was natürlich schade ist und mich mit dem Gefühl zurück lässt, dass so viele Lösungsmöglichkeiten angeboten sind, die ich liegen lasse und dass ich dann doch selber schuld bin, wenn manches nicht besser wird ☹️.
Seit meiner Kindheit kaue ich Nägel, manchmal sogar bis es blutete. Selbstverletzung vom Feinsten. Selbstgespräche (erfundene Freunde) waren früher meine besten Begleiter. Die Einzigen die mir zugehört haben, mal abgesehen davon dass ich meist in einer Traumwelt lebte, um die Gegenwart Elternhaus zu ertragen bzw. zu überleben. Als Kind konnte ich dies alles nicht benennen, heute weiß ich dass ich Entwicklungstrauma in Kombination mit Schocktrauma habe. Tja, volle Punktzahl....
Ich denke Selbstgespräche halten einen ab ganz verrückt zu werden....und letztendlich sucht man ja Lösungen für das komplexe Problem.
