I really enjoyed this one! I'm having a really hard time even getting my first half cent for my simple Dansco type set. Can't imagine what it would take to get a 1793!
Love half cents. It so interest to know we needed one when a day’s wage was $10. Also, I like the fact that they based the currency on cents rather than dollars. Ten dollars would have been one thousand over one hundred or 1000/10.
Very informative. I’ve always had a love for early coppers especially half cents.
Thank you for the fine video.

Very interesting video. Who would have thought that the 1792 disme and the 1793 half cent would have come from the same obv hub?
Thank you for sharing the information.
