The excavator down the road just has concrete piers every 5 feet or so going 20ft down. No lagging or panels. Wondering if it's legal.

DUDE... what about shotcrete shoring?? Drilling anchors with ebo bar and grouting, then bulding panels and then spraying shotcrete ?common man ... i am so dissapointed.
