I feel for you and ive been there. We had to have our 11 yr old son stay with a relative and my husband and I slept in a storage unit. We snuck in after they closed and set an alarm to get up and leave before they came back in the next day. We did that for 3 months. My husband arranged it so he could sleep in his recliner and me on the couch. It was rough but like you two we had each other and made it thru. We slept in our car, from couch to couch and the Good lord gave us strength to find our way. Just know that thru the pain and craziness God will make a way that will lead you to greatness. You two are in my thoughts and prayers.

I had everything in my house stolen when I went on vacation once. I know it was my landlord's son, but couldn't prove it. It is a horrible feeling...sorry guys. And I am always leary of things that sound to good to be true....some people are so cruel.
I feel like I just found you guys and suddenly you disappeared. I was worried and it seems like I was right in that. I'm happy to see you both again and I want nothing but the best for you. I'm terribly sorry that the system is hot garbage, especially during a crisis. It's even worse when people take advantage of others on top of everything else.

I feel so bad for you guys getting robbed out of your stuff like that!! Same thing happened to me at a storage unit I had for just a short time when I was getting divorced and I lost a bunch of heirloom items and valuables. The material things and valuables I could replace but things like a China set my grandma BFF from Sicily gave to me when I was 18 as a grad gift her MOM brought over could never be replaced. I feel so horrible for you. It’s a violating feeling.

There may be bad people in this world, but there are plenty of good ones that are always willing to help. Godspeed to the both of you on this journey called life!
When I was 6 years old my house burned down right after xmas. All my family had were our car and the clothes on our back. We spend 2 weeks living out of a holiday Inn, rented a empty house because we had nothing. We received donated clothes and food from church for awhile. We survived together, we choose to let it make us stronger, and we had each other.
You are both wonderful and you dont deserve this. Love and take care of each other and let this make you stronger.
