Ahh asian knorr the secret jeje what other sauces do you use in the backround , hey i got the carbon wok. It works better that stainless i asked you a while back jeje.i like your videos they resemble more of how we cook in restaurants .
We were cooking a feast that day! The other sauces were dark soy sauce, shaoxing rice wine, oyster and hoisin sauce. I'm glad you're enjoying the carbon steel. What have you cooked in it so far? And thank you we're trying to keep it as authentic as possible over hear :D
