Soup with lentils is so delicious that you can cook it 3 times a week! Soup recipe, the main thing is to cook with love, and everything will turn out with a bang.
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 500 g beef.
30g butter and olive oil.
Sear the meat over high heat.
Chop 1 medium onion.
Chop 1 carrot.
100 grams of celery.
Chop 2 tomatoes or take 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Chop 1 hot pepper.
Chop 1 red pepper.
3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Dice 2 potatoes and 1 zucchini.
Pour in 1 liter of water and bring to the boil.
100 grams of red lentils.
If you don't have enough water, you can add more and cook on low heat for another 20 minutes.
