I was trying Wargame: Red Dragon recently and it's very interesting to see the pacing of this one compared to it. This seems far less quick (manic). Everything was just crazy in that one. The pacing made it very hard to learn. Wondering if these ones might be a better intro to the Wargame type series. Though I know WARNO is out as well.
Why the hate for the Me-210? It killed 3 stugs and neutered his armoured support. They aren't Hs-129s but they did do exactly what you called them in to do.
