So I am planning to get a seat and the steering wheel to play a game and learn how to drive like better but like if you go to the junkyard do you pay to get the seat or like can you just take it?

Pull-A-Part's website does have a list of prices for different parts, so you can get an estimate before you go. If you do find what you're looking for, when they check you out, just make sure they ring the part up as the correct thing so you're paying for the right type of part.
