- Fished with Matt today. Matt introduced me to Yankeetown "Out Front." I normally fish the back country in Yankeetown. It was nice to get out front and see the open water. It adds a new area that I think will be productive in the winter months with the lower tides. Yankeetown can turn to mud real quick in the winter and the normal fishing areas can be hard to get to. Now, there are options.
Been enjoying your videos. I like that you show where you fish, what you use and how to use it. It makes us better fishermen. And you just happen to fish most of the same places I do.

I’m looking for a spot to launch to fish yankeetown by any chance can you give me a spot to launch at ? I’ve been hitting ozello for a while now I just want to fish someplace else lol. Is bird creek pretty much the only spot ?

Yankeetown is a good change up from Ozello, water not so clear (Yankeetown Brown) but the fishing is good. Explore the launch options, look at Google Earth and go explore. Doubt you’d be disappointed

Skiff, flats boat, jon boat, air boat. Wouldn’t go in w/o Florida Marine Tracks though.
