Congrats Amanda!! Your teeth look fantastic. I start my refinements in 2 weeks and can't wait. For those of you thinking about doing it, I highly recommend taking the plunge. It's not painful, but more like a soreness (for the first 3 days of each tray). I personally like it because it lets me know it is working.
how's it going now? and why exactly does invisalign cause weight loss?? bc you simply can't eat that much with them on? i was surprised when she said that! hope your year has been good!
@@skybug1706You might have your regular number of meals, but you most likely won’t snack often. This is because every time you eat, you have to take out your aligners. This means that you have to brush your teeth and clean the aligners before you put them back in. It’s too much work so you probably don’t want to snack a lot.
I’m starting Invisalign soon, I need it for 12 months for a bad cross bite that’s causing me to grind my teeth at night! Really nervous. Your teeth look amazing though so it’s motivating me :) x
I’m thinking about getting Invisalign and LOVED this video! I also have two kids and I’m trying to decide if I can handle a third (Invisalign baby as you say!) Thank you for sharing! Your teeth look beautiful!
I had Invisalign from June 2016-November 2018 then switched orthodontists and had ceramic braces from December 2018-March 2020. Lost my retainer but also noticed excess gum between my two front teeth which was causing my gap to constantly open up even after Invisalign and braces so I got that removed in April 2021. Now I’ll be starting Invisalign one last time in March 2022 and finishing in September 2022. So excited for my teeth to be as they were when I got my ceramic braces off 😊
Omg - my first week and I do feel like my lifestyle with food has changed. Can’t stank or eat. My appetite has changed - not as hungry. Hoping this isn’t just temp - cause I need this in my life lol - Mind you the soreness was a journey day 4 I’m so much bettet
I usually just do white strips but after finishing treatment I decided to try professional whitening. It was good, especially with getting hard to reach areas but for the price/results, I prefer white strips!
I wonder if your orthodontist could place a stationary lingual retainer (glue a small wire on the backside) on the upper and lower anteriors (front teeth) so you don't have to stress about your teeth moving anymore after treatment 🤔 I've had my lingual retainers in since I was 14 (29 now) I had braces from 6 until 14.

Yay!! 👏 & I’m so glad you found it helpful 🥰
I just started mine! I'm so grateful and excited! You look great! 😀
So excited for you!! You’ve got this Stephanie 💃🏻
I’ve lost 8 pounds so far and I’m only on day 9 😅 actually excited about it because I’m overweight and been stagnant in my weight loss for months 🙌🏻

@@skybug1706especially when you go out. It’s a nuisance to brush my teeth in every restaurant bathroom.
I just got my trays yesterday. I’m now watching this video to distract myself from the hunger… hanger…?

Hi! How are you? I'm wondering, do you still have all your wisdom teeth?
Do you whiten your teeth at a dentist office or with an at home product?

Hahaha I love this girl!
If you are committed to mewing why would u need a retainer for the rest of your life?
You are overtly dramatic. Is this a 60s theatre?
