Vit c will worsen then iron overload , as it will convert Fe 3+ to Fe2+ , favourable form for iron absorbtion .... bdw all your vidios are awesome

Nice video doc. However for Iron OD, isn't it paradoxical that Vitamin C is used as an antedote when Vitamin C helps with absorption of Iron?
