The SUV they added is called the EPV (endurance police vehicle) and the thing that deploys in front is called a grappler which is an anti fleeing car device that is installed on police vehicles to stop fleeing drivers by getting it caught on the tires of the suspect running from police
The other car with the red and blue rotating light is the interstate police vehicle or the IPV

@@RiskyClay no worries and from what I’ve seen from the early access beta version that UA-camrs have is that when the highway releases on the 18th people who don’t have early access will get a different version from the one that you’re playing

It’s because they’re also adding a bunch of free content with the update so we’re getting a highway with the two police vehicles and for people who don’t have the highway expansion, they’re also adding free content as well.

If you play on PC you go to the Steam Work shop get the one you want, and Subscribe to it let it download start game go in the garage chose it boom you got it. If you are on Console you will have to wait until they have it so you can get them it should be coming soon for console, at least that is what they said on their live stream for the Highway patrol expansion anyway.
