I thought I disliked exercising all this time while I was doing hiit and cardio workouts but after trying out your isometric and dumbbell workouts, I realised I genuinely enjoyed doing them and even though I didn't workout for long maybe 30 mins at max at least I wasn't forcing myself to do it, thanks a lot caroline ig I'm gonna start enjoying my workout session from now.

This might be my favorite Caroline ab workout! Not only worked the abs and core, but also the arms, shoulders, and back with all the dumbbells and plank work. So glad I did this after a leg workout because my arms would have been even more fatigued!
Yes !! I love Caroline’s core and abs workouts. The best and most effective for me personally. I have the best muscle tone now at 42 than I have ever had in all my years of working out.....so satisfying !!!

Pretty challenging - even as a standalone workout! Proud to say I only sued my 5kg weights for the single side deadbugs and otherwise I used my 7kgs: a first for me thus far. I also paused a lot less than I usually do! Grateful to be part of this community and to have access to such wonderful workouts! Thanks Caroline!
Holy. Crap. I focused on core yesterday and did this video 3x (3 full rounds), and I have to say, even though I’ve built up a very strong core over the last few years, this is the sorest my abs have been in awhile. Loving your workouts, especially the weighted ab videos! ❤

Currently following this workout with some other strength work outs...did amazing things for me. The burn is real..abs feel soo strong. My upper abs are now visible and some side abs are also visible. Love this routine ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I did E2 day 12 again today and did this after. I loved the dumbbell abs workout from a couple months ago and do it all the time. Loved this one just as much and will use it often. Favorite moves the deadbugs and the one arm sit ups. Thanks Caroline😀

i love this workout so much, I keep coming back to it all the time! Today I used my 8 kg on the first half for the first time! I'm still on 5 kg for the planking bit, but I'm positive I'll get stronger so I can maintain form with a heavier weight one day. I really enjoyed feeling my progress today and wanted to share! Done as my add-on to Beastmode Day 6; I used a 7.5kg dumbbell. I love how having the dumbbell on my chest during the crunches forces my abs to work harder than they otherwise would... painful but satisfying! 🔥
Each time I do this 15 minutes Engaging abs routine I enjoy it. I really like the combinations especially with the weight added. I can't believe how quickly the time goes. Currently following this workout with some other strength work outs...did amazing things for me. The burn is real..abs feel soo strong. My upper abs are now visible and some side abs are also visible. Love this routine ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@melinda5610 I so agree to this! Today I decided to use 2x 8,5 kg and my dumbbells became heavier and heavier🥵. Those complexes are real killers. But we pushed through! It's the best feeling ever 😆. I really enjoyed this weighted ab session afterwards. I'm looking forward to my active rest day too ... maybe 'mountainclimber cardio' and 'the crunch'!. See you on Friday for our new workout!👊🤗😀
I did E2 day 12 again today and did this after. I loved the dumbbell abs workout from a couple months ago and do it all the time. Loved this one just as much and will use it often. Favorite moves the deadbugs and the one arm sit ups. Thanks Caroline😀

i love this workout so much, I keep coming back to it all the time! Today I used my 8 kg on the first half for the first time! I'm still on 5 kg for the planking bit, but I'm positive I'll get stronger so I can maintain form with a heavier weight one day. I really enjoyed feeling my progress today and wanted to share! Done as my add-on to Beastmode Day 6; I used a 7.5kg dumbbell.
I love how having the dumbbell on my chest during the crunches forces my abs to work harder than they otherwise would... painful but satisfying! 🔥

Each time I do this 15 minutes Engaging abs routine I enjoy it. I really like the combinations especially with the weight added. I can't believe how quickly the time goes.
