I currently don't have a3d printer, but i began researching them earlier this year.
I'm totally sold on the bambu labs x1 Carbon.
Just saving up for it so i can pay it in full with spare parts, accessories (a good dryer) and good selection of filaments. I'm going to wait till next year and see what bambu releases by then.
Unless you have the need for strong engineering grade materials you can probably get a p1p and not lose anything. I'm definitely excited to see what Bambu has to release in the coming years.
@@ThePrintHouseor a p1s for that matter XD
I love mine also, it's super easy from beginner to pro
Just ordered my X1C and I'. to get it and finally have a 3D printer that works so I can just print stuff, won't be perfect, but I want it to be as perfect as it can be,
I love my X1C but, I'd would recommend the P1S over the X1C for most people.
Hmm.. the sleep mode is interesting. I had an M5C (just returned it for an A1 lol) and I had to keep turning it on and off
Thanks for the video - very entertaining. Do you know if it is possible to replace the hotend with another one that can go up to higher temperatures? If it is possible, do you have the ability to select higher temperature settings in the Bambu studio slicer? Thank you.
Thank you for watching it!! :D I can be wrong, but I believe the hotend it comes with is already capable of 300+ C temperatures. It is possible to select higher temps in the slicer :D
@@ThePrintHouse Thank you.
The hot end that comes with my printer has a maximum temperature of 300C. Unfortunately, the materials I need to print require temperatures between 370 and 400C. However, if I can choose a higher temperature in the studio slicer, it may be possible to use a different hotend. Can you confirm whether the studio slicer allows for higher than 300C settings?
Thank you for your help and for the informative videos you provide.
I hope you keep making the video's on this printer, I would like to know more, plan on buying one
I do plan to make more videos on this machine! It is really just a matter of time haha. I am so slim on time. I spread myself too thin across all the different 3D printing topics haha.
Thank you, loved your video. Big time.@@ThePrintHouse
😂😂😂 i love my X1C and the minecraft drinking noise 😂 keep up.
lmao thank you! Definitely credit to the editor for that sound clip! We work well together :D
Who models that multicolor viking?
That is dan over at flexi factory!! :D
The filament is Polyterra? I plan to get an X1C with these spools, but I heard that the rolling is not proper and thatvthe cardboard spool leaves residues thatvcan clogg the AMS
I have used many kinda of filament. I havent had issues with cardboard spools, but I have seen dust in the mechanism so I wouldnt recommend it. The AMS definitely does not wind up as tight as from factory
@ThePrintHouse Thanks! I'll find a workaround. Hopefully, it will not be months till I'll buy the printer. It will be my first 😀
@@viorelgheorghe5655 I use the cardboard with no issues. I wouldnt be scared! And I hope you enjoy it!! I have an affiliate link in the description :)
you should check this out for your AMS, I printed them in ASA perfectly
also I used silica that can be recharged or dried out, even inside the X1
Sure! Can you provide a link?
7 years oh sheet
:)
My fave feature is when it turns on by itself in the middle of the night. As gen Z would say. Lets gooooo
Yours does that? Either mine had never done that or I've never heard it 😂😂
@@ThePrintHouse Ignorance is bliss.
@ThePrintHouse
It's only possible (AFAIK) if your printer is already turned on, you happened to send a print right when bambu lab servers go down for maintenance, and Bambulab servers fail to refresh properly when they come back up. If all that happens, then it is possible that a print may start later by itself when the servers come back up. But I have never ever heard of the printer turning on from complete off and starting to print. It has a physical power switch that prevents that from being possible at all.
