Express meal at the Airfryer (Minced Meatballs with Vegetables)

Today I offer you an express recipe with the Airfryer, a simple, quick and easy recipe that saves time.
🔴Recipe:
4 potatoes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 tomato
🔴For the spices:
half a teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon flour
5 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
🔴For the meatballs:
350 gr minced meat
half a teaspoon of salt and pepper
1 cooking bag
Cook in the airfryer at 190°C for 35 minutes
