1 glass of rice
150gr minced meat
5/6 large onions
1 tablespoon sweet pepper and tomato concentrate
half a glass of olive oil
parsley
paprika, dry mint, pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
For the sauce:
1/4 glass of olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 pinch of salt
300/400 ml of water
cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
