Todays vlog will be a full day of eating and in-season training for rugby. I am currently on a 2 week break from playing and proper training over easter so i am just trying to maintain myself during this period. I take you through my day in the life, showing you each meal I eat and the calories/macros in each meal. I also show you my workouts for that specific day. Not really its a bit of a lottery.With these refs its either for 1 second or 10 seconds
Do you miss Australia yet? I can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else in the world but here.
Parts of it for sure! But im still enjoying living in another country, speaking another language etc
