Unrelated to the video, but do you know if Alaska Airlines gives out trading cards/pins? Been curious cause I got a flight coming up in a week. Tried doing research but it’s been all Delta.
Hmmm, I'm not sure about trading cards. I don't know that I've ever seen any from them. They do have Alaska wings pins that I've seen before though, so I'd bet they'd have those.
When you come back from work, take the American Airlines Boeing 787-9 from Tokyo to New York Kennedy. I noticed it on the flightradar 24 app yesterday. It's flight number AA168. From Tokyo Haneda to New York City. You can do it.
Unfortunately I will not be taking that flight. I avoid taking 787 flights like the plague. 787’s suffer form one major issue…. And that’s that the crew can lock the windows closed. Flights that’s length are never cheap, and I can’t afford to take flights like that and then not be able to film it because one of the flight attendants wants the cabin to be dark. So that’s not a flight I’ll ever take.
@@HấuDưa-j4u I wouldn't say so. Just because Boeing is an American company doesn't mean Americans are automatically going to prefer Boeing. I'm sure many do, but for example, I am American and I have always preferred Airbus. Even before Boeing had all of their recent issues.
What's your favorite overall plane to fly on...(comfort, design, noise level, etc)? I really enioyed the 787...have yet to experience any other widebody aircraft). The A321neo was also really nice, quiet and smooth.
A380, A350 and A340. They all offer fantastic comfort, quiet cabins and smooth ride. They are also designed to fly at a lower cabin altitude (6,000ft compared to 8,000ft), which means you will have a reduce amount to Jet-Lag and motion sickness.
If I have to boil it down to one it has to be the A380. No question. It is easily the most comfortable, quietest, nicest plane to fly on. It is so much better than any other aircraft it’s not even a competition. On the other side of the coin. The 787 gets my pick as the all time worst wide body that I avoid flying at all costs 😂. So we won’t be agreeing on that one it would seem 🤣.
It is a fine plane to fly on as a regular passenger. My big problem is the windows. As someone who films flights, it’s infuriating when you’re filming and the crew just locks all the windows closed. So because of that I can’t stand them 😂. If I was not someone who filmed flights for a living, I wouldn’t mind the 787 at all. So I’ll admit that my dislike for the 787 does hinge on a very specific reason haha.
That was beautiful above those clouds - glad we're out of the cold into some warm air - lol.
Awesome! 👍👍
Seattle's my hometown. I'm likely a little biased, but it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
It’s definitely a very picturesque city. Probably one of the more picturesque modern cities.
Always awesome videos when coming into my hometown seattle aka seatac Airport....😊😊
Glad you enjoyed it my friend!
Enjoy your stay in Seattle. 😊
I always do. Seattle is one of my favorite cities to spend some extra time in.
@ That is awesome!😊
Fun fact: in this video, you can see the longest floating bridge in the world. Also, you can see the second longest floating bridge in the world

oh so that's it
So among Boeing planes, do Americans like to fly Boeing planes the most?

@GarlandTexasSpotter2024 Would love to fly on the A380, but not sure how long they'll even be around!

@@sla31 well keep in mind unfortunately its been my only widebody experience, so it probably impressed me by default.
