on my first trip to japan last month, i was perplexed by how many gachapon places there were. i couldn't figure out why adults were buying them. but you're right - some of them are exquisitely detailed - little works of art! now i want a matcha kit kat one for my crossbody 😆
I forgot to say I really enjoyed this summer’s Japan vlogs, Really really enjoyed it. I’m an avid Japan vlog watcher on UA-cam and have seen a lot of videos and they have become too samey so it is refreshing to see a video where people don’t go “look at this Shibuya Crossing!” For the millionth time and actually lots of local interesting places, cafe and dare I say it, normal day to day stuff. Love every minute of it.

The gacha addiction is real! Literally was there a couple weeks ago and went into EVERY gacha shop that i saw…i wish I’d known about being able to buy blind boxes of gacha collections at bic and yodabashi cos i really wish i had bought more of the tokyo metro line gachas…but LOVE the haul!!! (Ps link doesn’t seem to be in the description for the tokyo chimes keychains 😢 unless I’m completely blind!)
