- This video will help you to decide if the AdvancedFrame Expedition Elite kayak is right for you.
Advanced Elements have outdone themselves with this inflatable kayak - it is wonderful to paddle, ruggedly durable and supremely comfortable.
And even though it has a massive capacity and heaps of deck space for multi-day paddling expeditions, it is also quick to set up for a casual paddle.
So what makes it so good? Why does it track so straight? Why does it go so fast? What makes it the most durable inflatable kayak on the market? What makes it so comfortable that you could spend all day, day-after-day in it?
Why was it the first choice for Geoff and Kit from 5th Element Expeditions to take to Alaska???
In this video, I go through the features of the AdvancedFrame Expedition Elite kayak step-by-step and explain what it all means for YOU.

I just got my advanced elements - frame expedition elite out for the first time, it was great!!! Greatings Emiel from the Netherlands.
That is wonderful to hear! Happy paddling! Emily.
This is my favorite Advanced Elements kayak. Glides fast and smooth. Love it.
Can you tell me please how much storage capacity it has in litres.
Hi Pete, there isn't a clear number because it depends on how big YOU are... if you have the seat further back, then the storage space behind the seat is smaller. Is there a particular item you want to take and you are wondering if it will fit? Because there is also heaps of deck space - 5th Element Expeditions mounted most of their gear for their Alaskan trip on the deck - here is the picture www.ozinflatablekayaks.com.au/wp-content/uploads/sites/22/2017/07/advancedframe-expedition-elite-kayak-gear.jpg
I´ve got this Kayak and I think under deck behind the seat there is not more than 20-30L Space and in front of my legs there is not really any room for storage left (I´m 1,86m tall).
So the main part of storage on longer journeys has to be on deck. Try to put the heavier stuff in the storage behind the seat for a better balance. Btw., I think its a great kayak! :)
I am a 184 cm tall guy. So what to choose between Frame, Elite or maybe Convertible?
This is tricky because people have different leg lengths, but generally speaking, your height will be fine in ANY of the AdvancedFrame kayaks. The "cut off" for the AdvancedFrame and the AdvancedFrame Sport kayaks is 6'2", and there really is no heigh limit for the AdvancedFrame Expedition Elite or the AdvancedFrame Convertible Elite. Cheers, Emily.
