Hey Tom… Thanks for making this video. I’ve just ordered this kayak after a few months of research and intend to use it for camping on the local lakes. Your video did by far the best - of many I’ve watched to show the available space under both decks. And you are the first I’ve seen to show that the rear hatch bag is not even a bag but a top sleeve only. Nobody else has pointed that out, so thanks for being so thorough. My only issue, and it made me chuckle, was at a few angles your lens makes the boat appear about 2 meters long.😊
Hello Tom! Thank you for this review! I am looking for an inflatable kayak I am a debutant, looking for a kayak for lakes , calm rivers and mayby 2 or 3 days outings...would you recommand this particular ...I am open to suggestions...Thank You!!!
Nice review 👍🏼 I’ve not long started looking for an inflatable. Having started looking at the budget end, and ending up here, I really like these! Far more than I ever want to spend, but I think I’ve found the one 😂👍🏼 Cheers Gary.
@@tomoutdoors2133 Thanks! im interested in buying this but my height is a problem, im 6'7 (198cm). The website says 6'8 is max but after watching your video im not sure about that. :(
@@TheFbiFilesRepeat yeah I think you'd be pushing it with feet room and knee room. Same for me on my other smaller one, I'm bang on the size they say and I fit but it wouldn't be great for a long paddle
I see this is 2 years ago sadly, but you're not meant to stretch your legs fully in a kayak, you want a footrest to of course rest your feet, but it will put your legs in a more bent position. You want your knees to be a contact point on the sides of the kayak for more stabilty and your feet aswell. I hope I'm not to late to get you into kayaking :D
Drop Stitch floor,go to 6 mate.
