They sure made alot of films, most of them are good and sometimes there'll be a few rotten apples out there.
Aww, I saw Rafael in the thumbnail and for a brief moment my innocent and hopeful heart thought that they were finally making Rio 3, but then the harsh reality of Blue Sky's death hit me in the chest with the force of a thousand rhinos. RIP, Blue Sky and the Rio franchise. 😭

I'm someone who doesn't know if I want to study Animation or Graphic Arts since they are both similar and yet so different to choose,however this video help me a little bit of what I truly what to study and what to do in my future,this was a great video and even though Blue Sky Studios isn't with us anymore,at least we have those Movies that we could watch from better or worse and since people that used to work with the Company like her it's at least making Art in some way,shape,and form which makes me happy to hear.
This video is a interesting tutorial, I’m planning to learn how to animate in 2d and 3D. I bet this tutorial could help

I miss Blue Sky so much. It inspired me to like birds and write fanfiction.
Enjoyed the interview! It would be great if you get a chance to interview someone from a lesser known animation studio to know more about animation from overseas and the challenges they faced in producing and marketing their animation without help from major distributors, or even considering reviewing movies from these smaller animation studios that would otherwise not get a chance to have such exposure to the States.
My suggestions for the smaller animation studios include Reel FX, Mikros Animation, nWave Pictures, Lightbox, Timeless Films, Ambient Entertainment and so on.
It's sad that Blue Sky not only shut down but the people who worked there lost their jobs.

It's sad how the Mouse Lord shut down Robot City, the Ice Age, etc thanks to COVID. Being an animator is like creating a portion of an work of art instead of making a silly cartoon for kids yet has the cartooniness of that dumb cartoon, It's a shame how people still think animation is just for kids while critics like me don't think that way as making animation through modern technology which is CGI is very time consuming to make as you put heart and soul into whatever project you are other animators are working on too, The finished product (without studio meddling) will gain love and support to the studio who makes that project and will make projects not just for money, but also support love to the company. Of course, As the Mouse Lord's god would say ''If you dream it, You can do it'' and no matter how hard life can be the moral is ''Keep moving forward''.

I went to a Pixar museum exhibit last Sunday and it helped me learn that making animated films is a lot harder than making live action films. Did you know that it takes 89 hours just to animate 1 frame?
It's kind of sad we won't get to see Nimona 2022 from Blue Sky Studios R.I.P

That was my most anticipated BlueSky movie. I read the graphic novel that canceled movie is based on at school and I adored it (this is coming from someone who is not a fan of reading books)

There are Animation Studios they can work at besides Blue Sky.
There's Disney & PIXAR, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros., Hanna-Barbera, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, the list goes on.
