heyyy guysss!! back to the casual sit-down videos for once! I have been really proud of myself making more videos because thats what some of you asked for and im trying my best to keep up with it! anyway, just a few updates, the petroom tour AND updated morning and night routine will not be up until after September 22. I am going to the Philadelphia reptile expo in oaks, PA if you guys wanna join me! i got my bearded dragon (maui) about 6 months ago, i went away recently with my dad, my mum and sister stayed home, my mum thought he looked bored so she put on shrek on my pc for him, he got through all the movies and a few episodes of a shrek series. since we figured out he likes this weve been watching white collar on netflix and he loves it. Definetly recommend trying this!

I use Zoo Med bulbs UVB and UVA, I use Zilla or Zoo Med light fixtures, I use Repashy calcium plus for calcium and vitamin supplement, I make my own hammocks using fabric from Walmart, I also made my own leash using paracord and beads from Walmart, I currently have Exo Terra tank 36x18x18 but will be upgrading to a 4ftx2ftx2ft, I breed my own dubia roaches and I get my greens/produce stuff from Walmart, I used shelving liner from Walmart as a floor (easy to clean)...
I have a bearded dragon too.please like and ,can you make a tips and tricks to make sure your beardie is healthy.
I have used living things in a pinch. But my favorites are definitely zoo med & exo terra :)

Not sure if you've done a video like this before but could you do a video about "picking your bearded dragon"? Like in the pet store what to look for and which to choose behavior and how they physically look.

Sadly all the freeze dried insects and pellets hold no nutritional value what so ever 😪 always feed fresh insects and greens. The pellets can make a salad topper though if you need to use them up

How many times should I feed my bearded dragon. It wasn't fed to well or often and it was given to me to take care of him. But he may way 60 grams and is over a year old.
Hi I am pretty sure my bearded dragon is going to into brumation. And I have some questions Bc it is August and she is still active but when she runs around she goes to find a sleeping spot. She still eats every day and goes to the bathroom every morning. So I am not really sure if she is going into brumation? Please answer

Anyone you can get your hands on!! They’re so inexpensive at expos so I highly recommend getting what you need there, it’ll save you a lot! I’ll also be at the expo so I hope to see you there! :)
Do you think that a small cat harness from the dollar store would be able to fit a bearded dragon? I️ always see them there and wonder if it would work but I️ don’t want to buy it and then it not fit.
Abby Reitter it is always a possibility! Depending on how big your beardie is I can definitely see a small cat harness working! :) I wanted to try myself so if it works for you, let me know!

So i have a question. I have a bearded dragon that is about 2-3 months old. I am wondering if i feed it enough protein and vegetables right now. I give it 5 mealworms and 5 crickets daily and have a salad in the tank all day. (Refreshed 2x a day) is that enough protein or should i have more?
Mrducklington First off, I'd stay away from the meal worms they are very high in chitin which is hard on the digestive system, especially the youngsters. Plus they are high in fat compared to crickets and dubia roaches. Dubias are my go to insect for my bearded dragon. Do some research and you'll soon gather more than enough information to be a top notch bearded dragon caretaker!! Good luck.
Almost forgot... I let my dragon eat as much as they want in a ten minute period twice, sometimes three times a day. In addition I offer fresh greens (mustard usually) first thing in the morning (one more time in the late afternoon) when they are hungry. An hour or so after the greens are offered, the live insects are offered.

My bearded dragon will sit for hours in the same spot and then will run
