Always loved his drumming, particularly on this track. It’s subtle and only for a couple of bars, but the bit where he drops into the half-time at the outro where the main guitar riff comes back in….. soooooo good!
Saw an interview recently with Stewart, where he said that he didn't like his drumming at the end of this track (in the repeated 'sending out an S.O.S.' part). Sounds alright to me, though I'm no drummer.

Yeah I think it sounds great
Never realized how much freaking compression is printed to tape here. Or did the video maker add it? Sounds almost crunchy / bad.
It’s just from isolating it. Also older recordings were highly compressed
Agreed, it really sounds like it's a byproduct of the isolation process.
