I’m rejoining at this moment and it’s taking me longer to get back in the the first time even though I’ve had no issues I have all the documents I’ve been waiting for my medical records to be approved since December 😂 I have been fit and well since I left the army 2 years ago recruitment is a joke it’s like they don’t want people to join or they make it as difficult as possible
It is a long old process. I hope you get some news soon
Couldn't find the new recruitment advert. There is a battle, and the British soldiers have an injury on a stretcher. Normally, these Army ads are made to look more like a call of duty game and don't reflect being in the army. But the new ad sends a message why not to join the army. It deters anyone to join, who wants to be part of that battle and being shot at
If the medical in the army wasnt so stuborn and selective there would be way more recruits , you can get deffered for having ashma when u was 3 years old its stupid.
It is crazy

@@DJRAJEE big time
I feel some people join up for the wrong reasons , for example most commonwealth citizens just want to get settlement in the uk, after 3-4 years the leave.
I will be joining soon waiting for my interview i dont think i pass medical as i always in fight or flight my normal heart 108
Just go with a positive attitude and you will crush it
Yes mentality is key 100%

the values are:
Courage · Discipline · Respect for Others · Integrity · Loyalty · Selfless Commitment
the standards are:
LAWFUL . APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR and TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM
They are the army ones. Which ones in the video are people thinking that the army doesn’t cater for. That was the point
Just FYI, the army don’t stick to these values and standards from a legal standpoint.
They’re only applied to the soldiers, not the infrastructure and underlying operational capacity and capability.
Tell them to record Bayonet 2 and use that as an advert
😂😂

Hi Sam do you have any updates on commonwealth recruitment for the british army, specifically the royal marines?
Also sorry I made a mistake I forgot the royal marines are navy
It’s taking a long time at the moment. I think you will have to be really patient buddy
Thanks mate appreciate it@@MilitaryFitness
I just emailed my medical form
Great🫡
I think the biggest issue for most people is the pay I’ve seen countless comments about how the risk to reward isn’t worth it. A lot of negative comments I’ve also seen are about the hatred for the Tory government and the situation regarding Gaza this being said they don’t want to represent the country for that reason.
It also doesn’t help that you can’t have face/ neck tattoos stretched ears piercings or beards, although not the end of the world it definitely puts people off.
Personally I’m applying for the reserve as I could not afford my mortgage if I was a full time soldier.
That’s a good idea

@@realeyes9055 how cute
I've just left the RAF. It took them 4 months to pay me my first month's pay. I kept getting told I didn't need money because I was there. (Tell that to my bills) I feel massively let down by the service and they even admitted people keep leaving because they aren't getting paid or getting paid properly.
I'd say go to the reserves too.
@@Sophyx93 because they're all scumbags and murderers. They actually think they're fighting for the greater good the idiots hahaha
up the crap pay, and fund all the qualifications required to join in specific roles.
Problem solved.
registration increased up to 91% and applications increased 41% but they still have a recruiting crisis lol
I think a lot of it is BS
Plus, percentages are used more than actual figures because they seem more impressive. As if there's one soldier recruited in one month. Then the following month 2 are recruited. That's a 100% increase of recruitments
My view is that we are losing people and numbers haven’t been right since they done the redundancies back in 2014 but the positive thing for the people that are still serving is that there is spots to fill and promotion tends to be a lot quicker especially between private all the way up to sergeant ranks
That is true
Please why can't I reset my password
No idea
'Oh im in the army, I'm so hard' 😅😂
😂😂 I am 😂😂
@@MilitaryFitness you're a remf you're not hard
@@realeyes9055 people who call others remfs are very insecure of themselves and are just projecting their own weaknesses
@@MilitaryFitness sounds like something a remf would say
@@realeyes9055 yeah ok.

Sam things in the army are getting so politically correct.💂♂️
It’s a joke tbh
I think it is
Imagine the enemy is pushing towards you, you look to your left and right and its woman beside you 😂😂😂
Trained women that have reached a standard. I’d rely on them much more than a keyboard warrior.
