It was originally supposed to be a full panel line up of Horror actors in 2022. But due to Covid restrictions still at the time, they had to reschedule it. And in result, not all the original celebrities who were scheduled or asked to appear couldn't make it, so they had to ask other celebrities to fill in.
I grew up watching the Evil Dead movies and love them to this day. The first one came out when I was five, and gave me nightmares for weeks. Bruce Campbell is definitely a good actor and one of the best at slapstick comedy. He would make a good comedian as well, if that was the route he wanted to go.

In defense of Ash versus the evil dead, not that it needs it, I paid for a subscription to Starz just so I could watch that show. And of course, I saw every single episode of Burn Notice. So it was a double bonus when it became the lead in for my cousin Mark Feuerstein’s show, Royal Pains, for the first season.
I never realized that Ted Raimi was Joxer in the Hercules and Xena franchises. Had no idea what he looked like so I had to Google it. And recognized him immediately. Didn’t realize that he was Ted Raimi.
Bruce is one of those guys I would give anything to spend a day just talking to and busting his chops .smoking a joint or 6 and talking about his " career " lol. Bruce Campbell parlayed hks b movie career all the way in to C movies like Bubba Ho Tep which I love , and his block buster appearance as a bellhop with an attitude in Sam Raimies spider man . Guys a legend , I love his work

To Dana Gold: you never heard of a foot injury? Been using his excuse to get out of something? Does the phrase “cadet bone spurs “ mean anything to you? Perhaps you were just trying to keep things unpolitical/apolitical.
I dont know how these work. Does somebody write all the jokes and then give them to the individual people to say or does each person write their own speeches. If you watch Bruce it seems like hes not listening and thinking about something else. At first, when I saw him writing stuff down I thought he was sitting there planning other things he had to do for the day and waiting for this to be over. But I realized he was intently listening and thinking and writing down responses to use when he goes up in between each speaker. I think that says alot about my point. He was prepared. A majority of the others just didnt seem prepared. I think for some of them when up on the podium it may have been the first time they even saw what they were going to say.
Because a lot of ‘em are fake Shemps for people who couldn’t show up, like the raimis, those aren’t actually them, it was more because they were hired by them to write their roasts with it say them for them. Everyone listens and writes and says their comebacks

It had its moments but now I have fulfilled a fantasy... seeing her go down hard, but with commitment and vigor to the task at hand .if she put in that much much effort at the casting couch she would be a household name.... She is beautiful, she is talented and she is my favorite actress..... from the evil dead franchise. Why wasn't she in evil dead rising???
