I'm pretty sure that you said this file doesn't change anything, but it changed all my previous settings. So, maybe I should avoid "Saving" it after I write it to the radio? I got the file from Stryker's website. It's named "SR-955N 9_22". They have this 'speechless' video that is not entirely clear, (just like most videos that don't use text or sound to explain anything). Anyway, in their 'silent movie', there wasn't any indication instructing to rename the file "New", yet they're video showed a file named "New". It's bad enough that they don't communicate anything but you'd think that they would at least name the file they offer for download the same as the file shown in their silent instructions. It's Just common sense and helps to keep down the confusion... I don't know, I guess I'm getting old, (or already got there... lol). Anyway, the thing is that I can then read from the radio, after I do that but I haven't got the settings anymore. I'm pretty sure I heard you say that it doesn't fool with your settings but perhaps there's a difference between your file and theirs. So I have to try to remember what I had it set to do and then save it. However, I also found that every time I disconnect the USB cable and then in a future session, I connect it again, I wind up with the same runtime error. So I first have to open the file I saved in the previous session, (after I readjusted the settings), and write that to the radio. Of course, if I made a few changes since the last session and I forget what they were, I may as well run the Stryker file to the Radio. Something tells me that I'm missing the main point here because it just seems like this is to much of a hassle to go through every time you want to do something in the radio with the software... I need to look deeper into this mess. Thanks again for the video. Rich
Thank you Mark. it is encouraging to know that the radio itself is not at fault. Hopefully, the new computer program will have all this glitch removed. It's folks like you that help to take the frustration out of all this chaos.
HEY MARK CAN YOU PLEASE SEND THE FILE TO ME PLEASE MY RADIO IS NEW JUST GOT IT A MONTH AGO AND IM HAVING THAT PROBLEM THANKS FOR YOUR HELP YOU'RE REALLY APPRECIATED
I know this is late mate and I apologise. Send me an email and I can get you a link. I have been a little lax on going thru my comments so sorry about that. Cheers
Hi Mark, I’m having this exact issue with a new one I’ve had sent over to the uk, Stryker have sent me your UA-cam link. How can I also get the file you used ? Thank you
Yes. It's because they store an offset now rather than the frequency for that particular band/channel location. The new way is better because it conserves memory but someone made an oopsie on the computer software.
Thank you! I forgot that I had to that because the last time I ran into this issue was in June 2022!

I think the file is on their site but can you drop me an email?
Mark, Thank you for your time! Is this anomaly only inversion 2? Thanks brother

I've not ran into this yet, I do keep a stock dat file for the 955v2 and 655v2 on hand as well as both v1 files.
Could you send me that stock dat file
Can you send me the new dat file. I’m having this issue as well
I saw you in the live stream and I think you got it sorted right?
Is this problem only for stryker or also the anytone at5555n ii version of the radio and other variants?
That's a good question. I need to get my hands on the Anytone software and try it.
Will that .dat file you have work on a converted radio?
Yes. the radio I used was converted.
@@Mark19960 : Thank you.
