It's not restricted airspace, downtown Charleston, WV is in controlled airspace. You can receive permission to legally fly here through a LAANC supported app like Aloft. That's how I got approval.
It's hard for me to believe there's only 47,000 people living here - it looks much bigger than that. But I know there's a lot more living in the metro area.

Not really a tour....far too mixed...not consistent...for people that have never been there is does not show where things are ....pretty though. Next time make it a tour...a path...where people can see where they came from and where they are going.
Senator Manchin and Caperton, along with the conservatives that took over West Virginia politics, put the state into a disaster-like freefall. During West Virginia's heyday, both Republican and Democratic Governors were more competent.

the eastern mountain counties of West Virginia are "Almost Heaven". the rest of the state is basically Ohio and Charleston is meth central.
To be fair, most of the state is meth central.
