P.S. Pain tokens are distibuted in advance at the begining of any phase (your opponent's also) to desired units, and not during the phase on unit by unit basis.

Drazhar would have been battleshocked, so no go to ground, forgot lance on the incubi attacks against chaos marines, pain tokens all distributed at once
