I stopped virtual assisting in January. One of my clients asked me to come on as a full-time employee and I decided it was best for me. I still work from home but I'm obviously making more money since working more hours. They're super flexible too so that helped me decide to do it. I realized some clients still treated me as w2 employees and it just wasn't bringing me joy, not worth the time I was spending.

Thank you SO MUCH for all of your VA videos. I am also a believer who is about to transfer from 21+ years of govt service to working as a VA. It's exciting and scary all at the same time, and I have been praying about it a lot. Your tips, thoughts, humility, and links have been so helpful. Thank you so much! God Bless!

Thank you for your transparency. I’ve been a SAHM for 8 years and thinking of rejoining the workforce, so I’m a little rusty. I stumbled upon a VA/Freelance course by Micala Quinn and she’s very convincing, but I just can’t afford taking her course even with the payment plan. Anyway, watching your video and hearing your honest review is very helpful. Think I just need to go back to the drawing board lol

Congratulations on the precious baby boy! I had my daughter and didn’t want to go back to work and so I didn’t. Now I’m looking at VA as an option to make money. My husband pays all the bills so VA money will just be savings and fun money I guess lol.

Hey, I live in California... Struggling in getting clients. I specialise in websites and social media. I was thinking Maybe I should do door to door sales for my services to outlets and shops. Do you think it's gonna add at least two to 4 clients a month?? Thanks in advance...

I think it's worth a try! Definitely go local first. There's a lot of unmet opportunity.

Do you think taking a course can accelerate the whole process and help someone make more money sooner?

I think applying for jobs right away will get you money the fastest! A course might take a while, but it'll give people confidence that they might need to plunge ahead.
