Traveling for street food in China and Chinese cuisine is always amazing! We traveled DEEP in Yunnan for amazing street food and to make this street food vlog in 2017! This is some of the best street food around the world! Here in Yunnan, on the ancient tea horse road in Shaxi, you can find some incredible street food delicacies.

First off, we started bright and early for some amazing breakfast street food in China. We adventured onto the street to make this street food video and found some of the BEST snacks from the Yi and bai people of Yunnan, China. This truly is some of the most UNIQUE street food in China, starting out right away with BREAKFAST! The local street food recipes were incredible!

We tasted a few amazing dishes, bright and early!
First up, for breakfast, we found a lady selling this incredible milk cheese, kind of like curdled milk, right on the street. You can eat it plain or you can order it fried for breakfast with a lot of sugar. We ended up trying both.
Then, we walked down the street and had a nice and hearty and healthy lunch soup, and rice as well. Super tasty and delicious!
Then we went for a walk and found some street "huajuan" rolls stuffed with fermented tofu, very strong and pungent!
All of this was found during the weekly farmers market on the street in Shaxi every friday! If you come to Yunnan in Southern China, come to Shaxi on a friday to visit one of the most amazing street markets! You have to come check it out!
After that, we went for a lunch and tasted classic bai cuisine, including local Matsutake mushrooms and amazing salted pork, which kind of tasted like pastrami! So delicious!!

If you visit Yunnan in Southern China, you can find a lot of food to eat on the streets! We came to Shaxi, a 3 hour drive from Dali, to the weekly farmers market to eat street food. We found a lot of delicious specialties I hope you enjoy watching! We also just got into Kolkata, India, and are beginning our explorations!

This time I came prepared: sat down with a delicious homemade chicken taco dinner and ate it as I watched... full by the last couple minutes of the video. Plan: success. The dislikes must be by people that can't handle spices or fresh food and just eat at McDonald's all week.
i cant deal with spicy but love these video's and give thumbs up every time, as for McDonalds I dont like or eat anything from Mcdonalds, the food has no taste so I dont go there anymore. some of us just cant eat spice due to allergies etc but would love to but we cant, please think about us before you comment next time please.

Yunnan is definitely an incredible place. I traveled there a few years ago and actually saw a lot of foreigners in the pubs along the streets of Dali and Lijiang.

Agree with Chinese part, but India? I became a vegetarian whole month when I was in India, just steam or boiled as I. Ant really stand all the flies odors all over India
米哈伊行天下 Indians use a lot of spices and are pretty creative (coming from a guy that hasn’t tried Indian food and isn’t Indian tho)
agreed with the Indian part but strongly disagree with the Chinese part.... they only depend on sauce and their foods smell very foul, unbearable!! When their some foods come to India...we customised it in our own style... and it tastes like heaven ... otherwise their foods are not worth to eat.
