      That’s interesting! I wonder why does our body reacts when we see a nightmare, why does the heart beats faster, you also get sweaty palms, why does that happen if the mind can differentiate between what’s real & what’s not?

      @@manifestationBee The nervous system kicks in and flight or fight response. Conscious mind is in action - it goes through all the motions then you wake up and PHEW it was not real !!! just a dream.

    I have a hard time drifting off to sleep when I visualize. I know Neville talked about how we have to fall asleep while doing it but idk how to because I get really excited and feel the emotions. Do you have any advice on how to actually fall asleep ? 😩

      practice mindfulness when sleeping, practice not focusing on thoughts i sleep like a baby when i do this

    Is the purpose of visualization only to create a feeling, or is both visualization and feeling required? Is it possible thoughts alone could create a feeling?
