Having watched this now I finally have a face to put to the husband in the book... for those of you've who've read it, the Brighton Holiday of 2011....
His one liners are very good. Why don't we see him more on the TV. So many rubbish comedians these days with their routines based around Brexit and white privilege. Good night and thank you!
One liner comedians are the best. You don’t need to be a good entertainer, have stage presence or any of that crap. Just genius punchlines and you win.
I love the jokes I can understand. I need an American--English translation of the English--English. I know what bullocks are, but I...well Nevermind The Bullocks
Sadly I agree. I thought Delaney was the best and I addictively watched every video I could. However, the material becomes just a rehash of the same jokes. I wanted to see him live but the repetition has put me off. Especially as I am writing in 2023 and this video is ten years old and he's still telling the same jokes. I don't mean to be nasty. I still think Gary Delaney is one funny guy. I've fallen off my sofa laughing at him. Here's a joke for you Gary, "I used to think a hoedown was when you pushed your girlfriend over."
If you're not native English speaker it will be hard to understand. It's not normal stand up comedy where you're told a story and wait for the punchline. These are quick, clever manipulations of words, contexts, and colloquialisms.
I love his expression, he always has this expression on his face like " omg, they laughed, that's so cool!"
Oli Ransome I take it That's a no then...
Octavio Nasty Hey don’t rush her into a decision man.
MrLethalShots hahaha XD
New favourite up and coming. Cheers Arse!
The missing tent pole was the best, which I'm surprised, I didn't think it'd hold up well.
Where did he find a Pole in England????
In London
Haha
He IS one of Britain's best comedians!
He'll be one of Britain's best comedians in a few years.
Corellian Smuggler and Milton Jones.
It’s Six years later and he’s still best known for marrying Sarah millican, one of Britain’s best comedians.
@@camogrrl Not at all. He’s one of the best out there for people who like seeing live standup not fake tv crap.
LOVE one-liners! Fantastic!
Missed this Guy till now. So funny
oh man this guy is off the charts on Mock The Week!
BBC Online described Delaney as "the man Jimmy Carr tries to be"..
I love Jimmy Carr, looks like I'll love this guy too
I don't think that's fair on jimmy, but I love them both
This guy's brilliant!

My new favourite comedian
Came here to find the Belgian Waffle joke. One of the silliest but smartest jokes I've ever heard!
He's been on the circuit at least ten years, but only recently on TV.
There's footage of him on UA-cam from 2002
Wow he’s strong. Strong material.Great act.
Very funny man. No wonder Sarah married him!
Class act ❤️
Class act
Who is this guy? I've never heard of him but he's HILARIOUS!!!
Warren NZ it's in the title. If you like him check out Milton Jones.
Sarah millicans husband
I'm just imagining Jimmy Carr laughing his ass off at this guy's routine

Too many Jason Manford's in the world
To many Sarah Pascoes not enough comedians

Personally I prefer Gary over Milton Jones
His timing is everything.
Still can't factor out delivery: timing, emphasizing the punchline occasional jerking gesture
Can't wait to see him at Kendal Calling
He was amazing at Kendal!
Why were you there?
Certainly was!
Is one on the Sunday night, same time as Kaiser Chiefs.
How does he do that!
I love the jokes I can understand. I need an American--English translation of the English--English. I know what bullocks are, but I...well Nevermind The Bullocks
Ask the wizard :D
A true gagmeister !
He's Sarah millicans boyfriend
Sarah's coming to Blackpool Winter Gardens in May.
Christ, no wonder he looks miserable
@@MikeyJMJ hahaha
I thought he was princess Monaco of Kent's boyfriend?
I think this the ONLY stand up video EVER where I have been able to predict EVERY SINGLE punchline! :(
Funny as hell. He's even funnier than Dara O'Brien!!
Not difficult. Dara's dreadful when not edited!
Sean petrie ii
You've never seen his amazing live stand ups then Shirley?
Always the same material on everything he appears on unfortunately.
Paul holland no soh!!!!!

Here's a joke for you Gary,
"I used to think a hoedown was when you pushed your girlfriend over."
When you go to watch your favourite band, for example, you will probably know most of their lyrics by heart... :)@@nowhere1725
I'm sure this jokes are funnier in English...
I'm sure they'd be funnier if you had a sense of humor in the first place
Sir Klopp hmmm...nope!
What's funny about it? I don't get it.
