I focus on a power greater than us for My recovery, it's a select group of people that accept those messages, usually ones who have experienced a spiritual awakening themselves and have a reliance on a power greater than us. It's hard to find the tangible effects of a power greater than us, but the spiritual department is filled with things we get, I'd implore anyone to seek out a relationship with something larger, a power greater than us, some says it's God, but that's not a word everyone uses, so I agree with you brother, if Alcohol intake is a problem, an acute problem in your life, then Maybe relying on something greater to get by. I'm having Lasagna tonight btw 😋 🤪
