@@1flashstep first it was in epromm memory now it on a standard flash chip with failsafe. So you cant screw it up anymore on most mid range motherboards. Even handhelds like asus rog ally.
How do u update ur bios. I have got a b75 and its made buy XUM, my gpu and case aswell. And when i go on their website all they sell is ram lol. I emailed thwm about this and they just offered to upgrade my pc.
Reset cmos or take out the cmos battery. It looks like a silver disc, take it out for a couple of seconds to a minute. Then put it bakc in. Should work. But if not then you need a new motherboard likely. Unless you have another pc or a android phone and can download the file for the driver on a usb. If that doesn’t work. It’s time for a new motherboard. I recommend you get one with dual bios in it for safety reasons. If anything goes wrong your second bios loads up and repairs the other bios.

Search the driver in their website or google it
I updated my bios and fans kept running with no screen 😭 now its not turning on
