I just love the choreography of this dance so much. I love how, unlike the rest of the show, it feels so intentionally stiff and awkward, but intimate. Like a wedding dance of two people who aren't natural dancers and aren't putting on a show, but it doesn't matter, because they're happy dancing together.
I was able to see this show this summer. I'm widowed after 38 years of marriage. The relationship of Hades and Persephone in this show really moves me.
His voice is definitely tired and he needs a break, but you’ve talked about how awful is singing is, but I really think it fits here and the slowness of it.
Maybe I’m wrong, you’ve heard more than I have, I’m just glad that he doesn’t sound terrible, although I do hope he takes a break before he has situation like Adele where he strains to much.
@OtterPenguins again I don't have anything personal against him I just can't stand his voice, but it happens a lot with male performers (huge example is Jon Robyns in london)

This was the one time during the show where I stopped crying and just smiled with happiness! This show quite literally changed my life
This was the moment in the show where I started crying with happiness. To see such a hard man dance purely with his estranged wife, it was beautiful.

I love Tom's Hades. Perfect. (Those la la las are the best, too.) One of my favorite parts in the whole show.
Loved them, they really matched well!
my heart🥹 happiest of trails to them both!
Did anyone catch the fate dropping the triangle stick at 0:57
Yeah 😂. I heard it but I didn’t see her drop it until I saw your comment.
Somehow it dropped to the tune of the beat😂
I loved Tom’s Hades so much😢 This clip really showcases how he was able to truly make the role his own. He’s such a unique performer.
We love Tom here🫶
AAAAWWWW!!😞That is /was very great and marvelous.😀I love Hadestown very much.🙂
Thank you so much Kim!!!
❤❤❤ i love them!!
I’m excited to see the new recruits singing in the roles of these characters. Also Reeve doesn’t sound that bad here.
I beg to differ about Reeve but otherwise yeah

@OtterPenguins this is also just one clip compared to 80 audios,,,

Awww! 😂
Can you get this dance with Boykin?
This was filmed by the Anais Mitchell herself so I didn't film this lol, I wish!
Please tell me it's cuz he retired and not because he died or something
He's just leaving the show💀💀
