Do this twice a week. Separate it from martial arts or weight training but you can do it after moderate cardio, for example. I'd say you can do this for example in the morning, and then have kicking session in the afternoon.

I realise that I must have force stretched and become even stiffer for a long time, on the border to pain and injury. Thx willow man, I will keep up with this and become the TKD kicker I was before. I tought that train had left and never to return, but this routine feels promising after just one go.
