Drake doesn't deserve hate, and I hope this video will change people's minds, everyone should know the truth. Don't believe the media, it's basically a clickbaite! I'd still prefer this Drake over the other Drake because Drake Bell is innocent, not guilty, but Drake Aubrey Graham from Toronto Canada is just not in my opinion he's using his charm to getaway with talking to underage girls.

The decision should be reversed and she needs to be taken to a defamation trial. She caused the internet world to hate and attack on Drake for the lies she made, and those people who made jokes about his arrest to compare it with the drake and josh show were nothing but fake fans being desperate to seek internet fame. I’m really sorry for the hell that drake is going through. I use to stand up for that girl until I snapped. I’m sorry that the fake fans had to disrespect Drake like this, they’re so toxic and need help, but so does the girl for lying but also needs to be locked up.

@@marvinschannel5391I honestly don’t think they’ll ever reverse the issue by suing the fan because the judge in the video told him not to have any contact with her. I would say Drake’s wife Janet could’ve sued the fan since she didn’t face legal issues with the fan but stated in the Spanish network “Ventaneado” that the fan was stalking and harassing her over her relationship with drake. However 8 months ago Janet filed a divorce with Drake after splitting up in September of 2022.
Not to mention though, the fan was from Canada. Drake bell also lost a lot of money throughout the years.

I always knew Drake was innocent.
Something similar happened to me but it was the other way around. The supposed artist was “Chris Tomlin” and he started talking to me through Instagram. I was under age at the time- 17 I believe- and I had to completely stop/cut off communication with him completely since he wasn’t doing so himself. I completely understand where Drake’s coming from. I grew up with Drake & Josh. I was a pro Josh fan at first in the show, but in real life I was a pro Drake fan because he was very humble and cool and nice on social medias and I grew up following him on Twitter and I enjoy his one time cameo appearances on iCarly, Victorious, and Adventures of Kid Danger. I also enjoy watching him in live action Fairly Odd Parents movies, Rags, Figure It Out, and SpongeBob edition of Double Dare. And then the mind blowing casting news comes for Kingdom Hearts 3 when Drake Bell confirms to be the voice of Young Eraqus (and I still can't believe it to this day😅) and I was like Holy F my two favorite childhoods of all time have collided. I even like to admit to myself that he's a great addition to the Kingdom Hearts family.
Then, 2021 came along with sexual allegations towards Drake, so I was kinda shocked to hear about it and then I had to stay off of those topics or run away from it. When I hear rumors or speculation about Drake being victimized by Brian Peck like around 2022-2023ish, I was starting to somewhat feel bad for Drake, but by the time Quiet On Set documentary series comes out, I was officially devastated to hear about his dark past with Brian Peck, and realize he's been through a lot of rough times in his adolescent years and I even break down for Joe Bell who I never believe it's his fault for being overprotective. Like I hated how the producers or Brian's friends were gaslighting him. Anyway, I was at first like "as much as nothing absolves to what Drake had done with the DUIs or the sexual allegations he's faced in 2021, but I believe he deserves a benefit of the doubt" with everything he's been through during his Nickelodeon era. When I catch up to the memory lane of what he's been facing in 2021, I now realize I felt bad for buying into the toxicity of the medias or journalism especially that little girl's lying sob story that's smearing Drake's name and his reputation by calling him sex offender.
I truly wish the best of luck to his better future, and prayed that the inner demons he's been fighting for awhile have finally been exorcized due to his bravery for telling his traumatized childhood he dealt with Brian Peck. To be honest, it felt great to be back to being Drake's fan as I was before, and to keep rewatching Drake & Josh all over again. Yeah, it somewhat felt a little weird when it comes to behind the scenes after watching Quiet On Set documentary series(and if anything, I'd do everything in my power to go back in time to erase away Drake's mental and emotional pains), but despite everything, I'll never stop enjoying the show.

I look at both sides, I look at all evidence given, all statements given. I haven't found much about the girl and her statement. However, Drake hadn't given any evidence, probably because he took a plea deal. I'm ranting sorry, but yea.

Hey Drake, I um don't know what to say except that no one's perfect everyone in their adult minds makes mistakes a lot. Even me. I felt uncomfortable doing the same thing when a boy asked me to send pictures of myself. Which I wasn't uncomfortable with so I just did the right thing by blocking this person that kept bothering me all the time. You are not alone in this one. But you make mistakes and I'm glad that everything is back on track with you. I mean you're with your wife and your son. "Drake Bell was accused by a former fan of sending her "inappropriate messages" when she was a minor. She filed a complaint with the Ohio police & Drake was investigated for 2 years.
Electronic devices were siezed & the Instagram/Facebook message file was requested. During the investigation, they realized that Drake cut off communication with the girl when he found out her age.
THEY NEVER FOUND INTIMATE IMAGES. There was also no sexual record in these messages.
Drake is one of the few artists who really takes the time to respond to networks, open DMs & share. In her case, this ex-fan (& her family) wanted to take advantage of this.
The girl's family continued to take her to Drake's shows in Ohio & were with her at all times, even getting Meet & Greet through contacts. She attended 9 shows in total following her accusations. This is mentioned in the trial.
During the final hearing, after sentencing Drake for responding to the messages, the "victim" gave further statements WITHOUT PROOF, saying that Drake had abused her. The same lawyers denied it at that precise moment, since there were multiple witnesses.
The girl was accusing Drake without evidence and lying in court, because at that time Drake began to make his relationship with Janet more public (when he announced his engagement).
There is also evidence that the girl wrote things to Drake like "I miss you", after the accusations & that she kept photos of Drake's partner, even sending her messages & invading her privacy.
Drake pleaded guilty for: 1. Exchanging messages WITHOUT KNOWING the age of the girl.
This was the advice she seeked out from him on Instagram.
2. Having met her at a Meet & Greet, with other people present, since this for US law is "endangering" a minor.
Drake never accepted charges for abusing anyone.
Another thing that started as gossip in the United States is that Drake Bell had "escaped" to Mexico to evade his crimes, which is false. Drake likes to visit Mexico and has been coming for years. Your visits have absolutely nothing to do with your case.
Drake Bell does NOT live in Mexico nor did he change his nationality and the nickname "Campana" was given to him by the same fans. Drake came this past weekend (May 22) to a festival in Orizaba and was invited to a club in Orizaba and Pachuca.
We want to make it very clear that in the trial it is pointed out and highlighted that NONE of the charges that Drake faced have a record of sexual or abuse. So calling him “abuser”, “vi0lad0r”, “ped0phile”, etc. is DEFAMING Drake Bell. The law never found evidence for those accusations."

He's a pedophile because she fabricated a story about having been groomed by him since the age of 12 in 2014 and she alluded that the two of them had been speaking to each other online for 3 years, but in reality 2017 was the first year that she messaged him.
This is what people think he pled guilty to, but they don't realize that he never pled guilty to her allegations because he took responsibility for what he actually did, which was to replying to her message. However, he was charged with child endangerment, which had something to do with the meet and greet that occurred after the Ohio concert.
He was basically charged for doing his job. She claimed that he had been a friend of her family's but in reality a friend of her aunt's (who actually traveled with the both of them to this concert and another concert, which was held in Syracuse & had the hotel tour) had known her and the family for over 20 years & was kicked out the family after word of their scheme got to the authorities.
They are all up in arms over his facial expressions while listening to her story, plus being upset that he made those facial expressions because in their eyes he pled guilty to sexual assault & he didn't have a right to react negatively to her bullshit.
He replied to her message after she had spent months trying to get his attention by spamming his DMs. He cut ties with the stalker fan & she didn't like it. She legit told her aunt's friend that she was planning on ruining his life because he never responded back to her after she still tried to get his attention by sending him messages that she loved & missed him.
This was before she was blocked by him after he discovered that she had been lying to him about her age. She lied about her age in order to get into his concerts, which were held at venues meant for people who were 18 years or older.
All he did was give her advice & she thanked him for it. It wasn't until she found out about Janet that that same message was suddenly inappropriate and she suddenly received pictures of his balls.
She knew about his plea deal beforehand, but she still decided to testify against him, thinking that her word alone would get him thrown behind bars.
She filed a false police report, & was still showing up at his concerts. Mind you, He was unaware of this as he was still booking and doing shows. She did this because he blocked her after discovering that she was under age showing up at his shows. When she realized that she couldn't get in touch with him anymore, that was when she took it upon herself to go after Janet to stalk & harass her over her relationship with Drake.
The investigators found proof that she had kept pictures of her in her phone.

This is the problem with people who make false accusations, even if it's false and proven false, it still creates a stigma regarding the person who was accused just because the "victim" created the accusation. Just like the two college men who lost their scholarships and were expelled, because they were accused of r4p3 against a woman who also went to the same school, except she was lying, because she didn't want her boyfriend to know they ran a train on her. Those men lost everything over a false accusation.

Maybe I shouldn't have asked "why he's not in jail", however I did do my own research on Drake's case that's why I'm relatively defensive on it that's all, and only as of recent did I decide to side with Drake mainly because of the stupid shit Josh was saying on a podcast a few months ago regarding his bs take on his friendship with Drake. Idk if you've seen it, probably not that important anyway. I will admit I was one of the first to jump to conclusions against Drake when the accusations first came to light, but the evidence as well as his story lined up to me.
