Is it okay to use coconut oil as lub and why should we avoid testosterone?
What are your thoughts on pharmacology to increase fertility for guys in steroids and or TRT? Things like HCG Clomid or HMG.

Hi Anu, I do not Get any cervical mucas during my ovulation time. Instead I get only two days prior the end of my period. I'm TTC for 10 months. No success. Do you know if this could be the reason. Also, is cervical mucas an important factor to make sure ovulation happens? I get positive ovulation every month in the strip at the correct date. Could you pls advise?
It's hard to judge cervical mucous. Ovulation predictor kits are a more objective way to identify ovulation. If those are positive, that is reassuring. It's hard to know what reason for infertility is without getting full workup: AMH, HSG, SA. Cervical mucous is less important than these parts of the workup.
