- How do I know if I am fertile male? Well the answer is not a straightforward one. The simplest test you can do to assess male fertility is a semen analysis or a sperm test. A semen analysis test when done right will give you more than adequate information on your sperm count, sperm motility, shape and semen volume. However, sometimes, you may not be in a situation where you want to do a sperm test. In these instances, what you can do is do a self check and see if
1. You have adequate beard growth, mustache growth, underarm hair as well as pubic hair
2. You can also check if you have adequate sex interest, libido and sexual thoughts
3. You can also check if you get nightfalls which suggests that your ejaculatory circuit is intact

Hi, I saw a video of an at home analysis where you put the semen in a cup of water and see whether after 3 minutes it floats or sinks. Do you know if this is accurate? In my case most of it sank but some of it floated giving me mixed results
