Those little bike thing's that came with Yoda are a direct rip-off of the Lego Chima Speedorz set's, They're all animal themed to match the lego minifigure-animal things.
I'd like to see the exact release date of the actual set with Yoda, the show premiered on January 16 2013, so if this was before that, or even within a month or two of it, it probably isn't a rip off, the LEGO Chima sets didn't start to come out immediately,so I would believe if this was something else.

I recon a large percentage of the knock off-stuff is, in fact, quite illegal in some capacity, but it's actually possible that they do so poorly or are so not well known that they may get away with it just for the sheer fact that they don't register on the copied company's radar.

The Lego Star Wars sets (and Star Wars in general) has existed for longer than the Chima nonsense, but that little vehicle was ripped right off from Chima and thrown in with Star Wars minifigs to combine an action gimmick with a recognisable brand in much the same way Ninjago spinners were thrown in with minifigs from the Lego tie-in to the most recent TMNT cartoon.
