I use Daylio every night to track my anxiety/how i felt during the day :) then for self-care i listen to 20min meditations before I go to sleep. Being organized and definitely having a set routine helps so much! Loved your tips🥰

I like the coil-bound journals too, and I also like the larger journals. One thing I notice was once I changed my journal to have tracking in it, I have stopped journaling. Thank you!
