I don't understand the weirdness around adults doing Disney stuff. There is nothing wrong with wanting a wholesome vibe AS AN ADULT. Adulting doesn't ALL have to be sin and repression 😂 The amount of swingers on "normal" cruises will a) have just as many kids as a Disney cruise TBH and b) I don't want to be propositioned because I am drinking or dancing at the bar and finally c) as a homeschooling, homesteading, work from home mom of 3, if there is an adults only area I LIVE FOR IT and definitely am the tattle tell on other parents not abiding by the rules. If I wanted to be around kids, I'd go get mine from the club and take them ANYWHERE ELSE on the ship. But for the love of everything holy DO NOT destroy the 2 hours alone and uninterrupted with my husband I will get for a year (until the next cruise).
LOL I was just saying that!!! 😅 My husband and I rarely get alone time, and *I* rarely get alone time. I don't get why it would be ok to break the rules of the adults only area (barring obviously an "emergency" - like caretaker can't keep watching the kids). Also as long as adults don't try to make Disney more "adult" than it needs to be; then yeah they should go for it and enjoy the fun! It's very nostalgic for lots of us too. ❤ I just don't like when adults get too drunk, or expect more sexualized experiences etc. at the parks and such....as long as they don't try to change Disney from being mainly family-oriented then it's all good!
We grew up on Disney.. it only makes sense lol!

Love the vlog! Just wanted to let you know something about the microbeads you mentioned in one of your makeup products. While i understand loving the feeling of them on your skin, they are actually very bad for the environment. Once you wash off the product, the beads get into the water and can seriously harm aquatic life. Just wanted to let you and everyone else know, from your friendly neighborhood marine biologist!

For the seasickness I have found that I truly just have to take Dramamine every day no matter what. Even if I am not feeling seasick that day I have found that taking it just in case mitigates it completely. I also encourage starting it about a day before your cruise and taking it for a least a day after to help with dock rock!

@@missdee3 of course! I’d also suggest buying some ginger chews to keep on you that you can take if you do start to feel a bit nauseous. I have those as a daily thing and they are a life saver

❤ I used to take it for long car rides, and actually prefer their natural version which is just encapsulated ginger. But have to make sure I take it with a bit of yogurt or something so I don't get major heartburn. But it's better for you and non-drowsy
@@HPgaloreYES! Or the hard drops too. Though they have been hard to find it seems...Dramamine brand actually makes ginger capsules! I use them for long car trips and even Disney rides. Though I take with some food, Luke a banana or bit of yogurt to not get reflux from it. But it works better than normal Dramamine for me as it's natural and non-drowsy 😊 I tried Ginger tea but it didn't work for me and I thought the experience drinking it was too intense.

Relief band is a game changer for motion sickness!!! Used it on the last cruise and it cured everything for me. It’s expensive but so worth it!

If you want concierge book the first day cruises become available. They get more expensive as they book and they go WAY up.

From a life long struggle with motion sickness, try eating some potato chips or pretzels sticks sucking the salt off of them, it works wonders, even helped me after Mission to Mars, which I have never been back on again! Thanks for sharing your fun cruise experience
Love this video, now you have me wanting to on a Disney cruise. We been on 2 DVC members only cruises but that was some years ago. Disney knows how to do it, so I don’t think I would choose another cruise line. More of your Fl adventures while you are there, please. And yes concierge is the way to go, hard to go back, lol.

I wish people would listen to the rules in the adult area. As of this year, both of my children are adults. I'm so excited next year to get to do the adult area with them. I’m fine with the littles, but stay in your area.

Yes, I wear the bracelets when I fly. I uses essential oil inhalers (that I make) for cruise motion sickness.

I love doing DCL because my 14yo buggers off to youth club and I don’t see him for 2 weeks (we do the transatlantic cruises). I can go do adult things and he is happy, fed and watered without me having to worry😂

Hi ANgie, love the video. We just got off the Icon of the Seas., such a beautiful ship. A Disney cruise is on my bucketlist. I love the pink/orange strapless dress, where did you get that? Please and thank you. Oh and I'm a nurse that also gets motion issues sailing.......scopalamine patches changed my life! Yes get the patch, 1 lasts 3 days, so for an average 7 night cruise I use 3, I night before, new one 3 days later, new one night before you get off. Game changer! Good luck

Hey Angie! Look into a Scopolamine prescription through your doctor as well as Zofran for anti nausea pills. I deal with the same issue on travel and cruises.

Each menu had prices listed.
The best part of a cruise is meals included along eith the midnight buffet.

You need to take the Bonnine proactively. It is harder to fix once you already feel nauseous. From a fellow sea sick struggler.
get scopolamine patches from your doctor! they are much stronger than the OTC ones.. I get miserably sick and have tried sooo many different things and these help me the best.
Concierge is sooooo amazing. It is hard to go back.

Have you ever asked your doctor about vertigo meds? It may be something that helps at night with the motion sickness. But I don't have any experience with cruising.
So glad I found someone else that also uses the gym! Since you didn't do the rotational dining, did you still have to pay the gratuities for that?

I kind of understand older people never considering a Disney vacation without kids and being genuinely curious about why you'd want to do that. And honestly, if it's genuine curiosity and they're being polite, that's fine! But really, at its roots, Disney World is just a theme park. Obviously, they do a fantastic job at entertaining and they give amazing customer service. But you wouldn't ask someone why they'd go to Universal without kids, or even Six Flags. I just dont understand when people criticize "Disney Adults"...just let pepople live their lives and have fun!! You don't have kids whining, you're not worried about a stroller, you're not listening to your kid complain they're hot/hungry/tired every 30 seconds...it sounds amazing.
I don’t think it matters if you’re an adult couple to go on a Disney cruise. You do the same thing on the non Disney cruises. Disney is just better at being beautiful with a theme. I personally don’t like cruises. I think they’re boring with loud kids running around and fat people everywhere. But this Disney experience Angie shows looks remarkable. I would love to go on one. ❤❤❤
