“This needs to be on Netflix” - every Chicago med, pd and fire videos comments Saying something thousands of times won’t make them break the contract they probably have or something
I know they want there child to live but they aren’t even worried about the girl who needs surgery I think they should do what’s best for girl they are always only bringing what if our child the child is the safest not the girl
* * * S P O I L E R * * * So, once you watch the full episode, you learn that this is the couple's last chance at having a kid and hence they're so apprehensive about getting the surgery done. That being said, Sharon manages to convince to have it done and the surgery had some hiccups along the way; however both the baby and surrogate mother come out safe. Also, the guy at 0:11, a Cystic Fibrosis patient's condition deteriorates but another patient from accident who didn't make it is found to have to match his lung size requirements. Initially, the man's fiancee hesitates to give consent to do the transplant; however, Dr Charles and Dr Rhodes manage to convince her.
Thank you! Usually you can go online and get a complete recap of the episode a clip took place in but for some reason you can't with Chicago med. It's really annoying not knowing the outcome 😂
If they posted full episodes and/or on Netflix, they would get so many more views, subscribers and overall, it would skyrocket. Edit: I also live in the UK and can't access NBC as it's an "American only" app Edit: I am a 14 Year Old that has money but my strict parents wouldn’t approve so using apps/ websites with subscription services is a big no no
I find it a real pain because I live in England and it's really hard to watch them any where because they say about watching it on the website but I get not available in your country and the other places like Hulu can't be reached here and it's on sky but that costs a lot I'm probably going to buy the DVD box sets because it's the cheapest option.
The wife from that couple later on made an appearance in Chicago Fire as a victim of DV and was struggling to get out other abusive marriage (with a different husband and playing an entirely different character
Isn't there like, limit of responsibility? Like, as a parent you can make the surrogate mother avoid certain things but you shouldn't be legally able to basically force someone into a coma or dying.
Sharon tracks down Mrs. Donahue, the mother of the surrogate child. She sits down outside with her and tells her that she sympathizes with her situation and thinks she and her husband are not monsters, but people "facing a very tough decision". Mrs. Donahue asks her what she would do, and Sharon replies that she'd ask herself what she can live with. The couple decides to go through with the surgery; although the baby goes into distress midway through, they are able to stabilize its vitals. Both Gina and the baby come through fine, and Gina is seen waking up at the end of the episode with the Donahues by her bedside.
This is a nitpick but no, a few does not “mean three”. It means _at least_ three. A couple means exactly two, but a few can mean anything between 3 and like 10.
Isn’t that neurologist guy at the start who did the brain thingy Data from Star Trek??? I feel like it’s him.... we need to slap white metallic paint on his face... 🧐
Sorry the mother of the baby is that the same actor as the one who was in the episode with the abusive husband and they went over the trolley bay and their house was set on fire if anyone knows what I'm talking about?
Y'all are going at the parents, but what if that was your unborn baby? What if that was your child that youve been planning to start a family with? Im not saying what theyre doing is right, but im just saying i get where theyre coming from.
I would do what was right for the woman, if she dies the baby dies anyway, and how could you live with yourself knowing you'd scrambled someones brain so your foetus could use another human as an incubator, the child would also have to live with that their entire life that's a heavy burden. I'd consent to the surgery and just hope my child survived too, any decent person would. You should always prioritise those who are already living over the unborn or we end up in some nightmarish handmaids tale scenario.
I am abiggg fan I Chicago med but my parents don’t let me watch my favrite Character is Natalie /doctor Manning I live in Canada I’m 11 yr and good day
I know I am going to get hate for this but the baby hasn’t been born yet meaning there could be other problems Dow the road that could kill the unborn baby now the baby’s mother is at risk meaning you could lose them both you can always try again for another baby but you can’t try again for another friend who was willing to carry your baby
It’s weird cause at first the biological mother was practically more concerned about the girl than the baby.. but later on her attitude just flipped 🥴
At first she was alone, later she was with her husband. That might have something to do with the attitude change.
@@falloncarrington4702 that or she's threatened with the woman carrying the baby.
Who was she the biological mother of, the baby or the girl

No name No name I think I would rather my child live on then myself bc they will have a longer living period
シAli bĕ̈ă̈rシ but it wasn’t the girls child it was the woman who wanted to let the girl die
Well I personally think that they can save the girls, “kill” the baby and adopt a new child :>>>>>
i understand its their child but to kill a poor woman just to have that baby is pretty sad. i personally couldn't.
Medical personnel go through the toughest decisions ever
If I was the girl, as soon as I found out they're trying to kill me for the baby I'm taking the next sharp object I find and poking my belly out.

Not kill off my surrogate for starters.
Natalie trying to tell Maggie and april no but them insisting those are good friends
Dr.Abrams is defo my favourite. Underrated!!!!
He is my favorite to and that look he gives the woman." If your the mother than who the hell do I operate on right now???"

Isn’t the mother the same actor as the lady on Chicago fire who was being abused by her husband? ‘Looking for a lifeline’ is the episode
I think so.
Thats what I thought too~~ Im so confused
I thought the same!!
Wouldn't surprise me, this show tends to reuse actors a lot.
Netflix pleaseeee im dying to watch this whole episode🥺
u can watch it on soap2day
Love ❤️ this from Kuwait 🇰🇼 Middle East
the acting is awesome in these episodes no cap best medical show on tv rn

It's fine, just wanted to point it out.

I live in england too, i was born here, i just use this channel mainly.
either way the foetus is endangered, in fact there is a higher chance of both of them dying without the surgery
I'VE NEVER CLICKED SO FAST IN MY LIFE😂
My god there was another clip- hardest thing for doctors.. and in that, it looks she cared so much for the girl
That woman made me angry. Flipping it around on Dr Manning to try to avoid the responsibilities of what she’s doing
The wife from that couple later on made an appearance in Chicago Fire as a victim of DV and was struggling to get out other abusive marriage (with a different husband and playing an entirely different character
those parents care only about the kid not about the woman who carried their kid and helps them to be parents
The mom is from an episode of Chicago fire called ‘Looking For a Life line’ and many other episodes to’
This needs to go on tv
Chicago med is the best!
They should put these in order because I've already seen the vid where Natalie (Dr manning) gives birth
Omg posted 2 days ago. JEEEEEEEEEEEZ
I’m so happy now
So sad
That’s the same actress as holly boylan from chicago fire
Isn't there like, limit of responsibility? Like, as a parent you can make the surrogate mother avoid certain things but you shouldn't be legally able to basically force someone into a coma or dying.
For everyone who wants to know: both, the baby and the girl, survive because they decide to do the surgery
We all just need a Maggie in our lives rn
So of course, the video stops when it gets interesting... can somebody tell me what happened after?

They recycle actors

Why does miss Donahue look like holy from the episode where she was like in a crashed into a bunch of trolleys and then set her on fire on Chicago med

Anyone know when Chicago med season 5 will be released on prime video in Canada ?

why does this feel like a past episode
Why does the mother only care about the baby? Isn’t she supposed to care for her actual child too
Wasn't this lady in an episode of chicago fire?
Can you upload the part were Brett tells people that she is pregnant plz.
But she isn’t?
Looking for a life line episode of Chicago fire , it's the same actress here as baby's mother?!
2:57 as if she wasn't one already.
So this is where Meredith Fell went LOL ( only The Vampire Diaries fans know )
The patient's mother played a victim of an abusivd husband on Fire!
correct me if i'm wrong but, didn't Dr. Halstead say the surgery have risks for both the mother AND the baby?

Mason Campbell i know that. I'd do the exact same thing. Im just saying i understand why they wont consent to the surgery. I never said it was right
It's a foetus, not a baby. The woman is immediately more important. Another foetus can be made, the woman cannot be replaced.
Isn't 24 weeks the age of viability?
