Thanks for sharing, I am dieing with cancer but hope I am around long enough to see the finished product. I love these stories & old photos. This hot rod is gorgeous and when finished will be a perfect 10. I hope there are hot rods & so fourth in heaven.
A very cool car and a great history! 🇺🇸 I noticed the torque tube drive, I hope he keeps that. I think it's important to preserve the history as much as possible. It's easy to go to digital dashes and seats from a Silverado, but I do love old school hot rods just as they were. 👍
No one does it better. This is one of my favorite videos of yours. I appreciate you helping Sleeperdude & really enjoy your family inclusion in your videos. God bless you and yours!! 🤓
This Marine wanted to get back to my 40 Ford when I returned from Viet Nam in 1970... Wasn't long though before I purchased a new 70 Z28...in green... of course...Big Smile! Semper Fi
I have a 32 that was tricked out in the 70s then left to sit, I am restoring it to its 1970's glory self... Glad to see there are still some solid cars out there.
As an Englishman who has lived hot rods for 61 of my 71 years l just can't understand how.anyone could own a wonderful car like this and leave it to rot like that.thank god it's being restored now.
Way cool '32,and fantastic story. Would love to come down and see all your historical drag racing collection. We are close to you often cutting through 111 to Chattanooga.
Best thing about these old relics, they have a story with them spanning decades. Cars built now wont have nothing as cool as these stories in the forthcoming years (if we have cars still) different time that's for sure
Eglin pronounced as Eggland. Nice car...never knew there was drag racing at Hurlburt. I work on Hurlburt....will have to look into that and see if I can find something on it. This is really in my neighborhood..,cool.
I'm glad it's getting cleaned up and refurbished, but still staying true to the original intent of the car. I get tired of the "patina/leave it as found" bullshit. Bring these hot rods back to the glory they deserve.
That has lots of period goodies on it and someone obviously spent a lot of time reading Hot Rod ,R&C etc in the 50's. I'm a bit of a fan of the little 265 ,which may sound like a small engine compared with todays monsters but they rev easily which is more desirable in a road car, especially when they only have to propel a light weight Deuce .
those keystones look to be the early version so they easily could have been added in the '60s rather than the '70s. kustomags came out the same year as the crager s/s wheels; 1965.
there is one here in san antonio that was an original from the late 50s, it was damaged at a barretts auction years ago and is now apart going back to its original state, it has a early olds v8. if you have any idea of the magazines the car appeared in i can look through my collection for pictures and articles. some go back to the late 40s and the Hot Rods start in dec 55, that issue had a purple full fendered 32 on the cover. you can find me on facebook but sr has to be after my name.
Great video. Personally I believe the the looks better the way it was found, do some upgrades to drive but don't destroy the history as restoring it just makes it another 32 Ford
Thanks for giving our service men a shout out!!! Freedom isn’t free! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I’m happy to hear that the new owners are putting it back on the road. It deserves to be.
I’m lucky to own 1930 model A Hot Rod with lots of history and sentimental value 👍🇺🇸
Really nice to see these old hot rods being saved with the history that goes with them.
Great video Tommy.
I agree Joe!
Keep the vintage cars alive cool stuff GODSPEED

What a brilliant garage, so much automobilia and mementos , love this story.
Wow what a trip, i was stationed @ Eglin AFB from 1974-1977, used to drive through Niceville a couple times a week.
Cool as the coldest frozen cucumber. Thanks for sharing
Excellent Story and Beautiful Car
Love this channel. I think when you go back. Find out if that’s a Z11 air cleaner on the back wall at 8:40. Thank you.

Great content. Cannot wait for the follow up. Thanks.
Great story, cool car with a nice chop. Get a kick out of the old Keystones!
Neat car and story. Looking forward to more.
Hell yea man always awesome
Very cool champion 👍
I built a ton of these as models as a kid... '30's era cars were really cool...
Sweet ride, looks like he's doing this car right, by saving the originality of it.
Hudson dragstrip, I remember that track. I used to go to that track when I was a kid and don't live too far from it at all. Unfortunate it closed.
Cool!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍

Makes me warm and fuzzy.

Cool car. My father fought in WWII in Europe and Korea.
Save the classics!
excellent

Agreed, with that old 39 transmission backing up the 265, the last thing you need is one of the torque monsters everyone seems to want these days.
So true!! Rev happy!!! Quick

A nice all steel 32 deserves to have a small block ford. Just saying. A Ford in a Ford will always be my favorite.
Sorry. I meant 5:40 for the air cleaner.
I hope he paints it eventually in an old school laquer, that mix of new primer and old paint just looks strange.
Dose that person want to sell that airplane on top of the car at the very beginning of the video?
Retain all original pieces
Shows chevy v8. ?
It's not Elgin Air Force base it's Eglin Air Force base.
Sorry about that. I never knew I was dyslexic.
👀...👍🔥😎🔥👍
I never can understand why people don't invest in a car cover for these cars... or at least some kind of covering...
He fck'd it up
Beautiful Coupe, but a Ford with a GM drive train is blasphemy to me. Ford Flat head is what it should have. JMO?
Plllllttt
