I think I'm going to try the cold shower first and maybe work to a cold plunge. Thanks for sharing this!
Just a personal opinion - Cold shower is harder than cold plunge for me. I've been plunging for a few months and I still can't do cold showers! It also has better health benefits than a cold shower. Just something to consider.
