I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Zara Home. We ordered a rabbit toy with a home and picked it up in-store. The customer service was terrible - the staff member didn’t say a word, handed over the order, and walked away without any respect or courtesy.
To make matters worse, when we got home, we discovered the rabbit’s home was broken and a piece of the rabbit itself was missing. This is completely unacceptable, both in terms of the quality of the product and the poor customer service. We expected much better from Zara and will think twice before ordering from here again.

I am writing to complaint that I had very bad experience in Metro Town ZARA store today.
I went shopping today at the Zara store in Merton town. I saw a pink skirt that I really liked, especially since it was only $25.99. I decided to buy it and picked out a T-shirt in a matching color scheme to go with the skirt. While waiting to pay, I also chose a rose-scented perfume.
But the cashier said the price of the skirt was $59.99 when checkout. I told him the price tag said $25.99. He said he needed the manager to handle it. When the manager arrived, they tore off the price tag and found a different price underneath. I told the manager that I saw the price as $25.99, not $59.99. The manager said, "I didn't say that was your cover the price tag," and suspected that I had switched the price tag myself. This made me feel very uncomfortable: instead of reflecting on their team's management and checking procedures, they doubted the customer.
When I got home, I discovered a roughly 10cm white stripe on the front of the skirt. Can I understand this as the staff arbitrarily attaching the $25.99 price tag because the skirt has a defect? Please refer to the attached photos for details.
Such arbitrary suspicion of customers, in my view, is neither professional nor free from racial bias. I hope ZARA company will investigate this matter and provide me with a satisfactory response.
