This seems to be for the the Florence Nightingale centenary service. Attended by Princess Margret. It took place in 1954 to celebrate 100 years since she took a post in the Crimean War as a Nurse. She legitimized the role of a nursing at the time and became an emblematic hero of the war nicknamed "The Lady with the Lamp". She is also known as the founder of modern nursing as we know it. She also wrote and was a pioneer in statistics as well. (Most of this lifted from her Wikipedia)
